To secure your reservation, a signed rental agreement and a security hold are required. A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to check-in.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in. Cancellations made after 5 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM for most of our properties. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
A security hold ranging from $200–$300 (depending on the property) will be scheduled on your chosen credit card at the time of booking. Like hotel incidental holds, this amount is pre-authorized before check-in on your card. This temporarily reduces your available balance but does not deduct funds. The hold is released after departure once our cleaning team confirms there is no damage or breach of our terms and conditions (e.g. smoking indoors)
We understand that small accidents, like broken glass, happens, and we won’t charge for minor incidents. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can ensure everything is restored to standard for our future guests to enjoy.
We are happy to welcome dogs! Most of our properties allow up to two dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog to cover the additional cleaning required to prepare the property for future guests. Dogs must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. Please note, cats are not permitted at any of our properties.
Our properties are located within residential communities, and local ordinances prohibit parties and large events. Our accommodations are intended exclusively for lodging. If you are planning a special celebration, such as a graduation or baby shower, we would be happy to recommend nearby venues that are perfect for gatherings.
Our properties are fully equipped with high-quality towels and linens, as well as essential items such as coffee, tea, hand soaps, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and shower soap/shampoo. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please reach out to us, and we will provide more at our discretion.
We are honored to support our active-duty military guests. After your stay, we are happy to provide a zero-balance receipt for lodging reimbursement purposes.
